Selkirk Silver Band brings in the New Year in style

SELKIRK SILVER BAND performed its annual New Year celebration playing for residents at Elm Park, Thornfield, the Bield and finally Fletcher Court.

Just prior to the final stop at Flectcher Court the band played to a small but enthusiastic audience in the Market Place after marching along the High Street from Mungo Park's monument.

The band is looking forward now to a return to regular rehearsals with preparation for the Scottish Championships in March being the main focus.

The band would like to thank all those who have provided support over the last year and wish you all a porsperous and healthy New Year.
